My work sits between systems thinking and practical build work. I'm interested in how people, documents, tools, agents, workflows and organisations can be made legible to one another — and then connected into systems that actually help.

I help organisations move from "we should use AI" to "this is the system we need."The hard part is not adding AI; the hard part is making the work legible enough for AI to help.

I work across audits, knowledge engines, agentic prototypes, advisory and websites. The boundary between strategic and practical is intentionally thin — most engagements move across both.
